'Las Lunas' Stud Farm, in the National Championship of Arabian Horses in Segovia

The “Las Lunas” Stud Farm and 10 stockbreeders represent Catalonia with 11 horses.

Eleven horses from Catalan breeding farms participated in the 31rst edition of the National Championship of Arabian Horses in Segovia during the third weekend of September. Can Vila Equestrian Centre – “Las Lunas” Stud Farm was at the head of the Catalan group, that consisted of the breeding farms Equus Arabians, Bosc del Siscar, Josep Manubens and Xavier Roch Aubet. The Balearic stud farms participated with 8 horses from the Ses Planes and 5 from the Ferrero. The stud farm Bautista Vich was one of the most noted absences at the Centro Ecuestre de Castilla y León.

During the championship, the promising young Catalan horse trainer Bernat Tolrà, who has trained horses for “Las Lunas” Stud Farm, was once again chosen Best National Horse Trainer by the judges
